Meet Katie Gray Hildebrand
Katie has lived in Charlotte for thirteen years. She graduated from UNCC with a BS in Marketing and obtained her NC & SC real estate licenses in 2005. She has a proven track record in performance and client satisfaction and excels in the art of negotiation. Katie serves buyers, sellers and investors throughout the Charlotte area.
As a Realtor® at Keller Williams, she has had advanced training which includes real estate law, construction, appraisal, finance, negotiation, marketing, conflict management and coaching. Annually, she participates in continuing education classes, seminars and training sessions to keep her one step ahead other agents.
